In-Person Training

Our In-Person Small Group Training (G.T.X) offers training sessions during the week from Monday to Thursday at allotted times. Training Sessions range in size with NO more than 5 people. We will focus on building strength & muscle, improving cardiovascular health, and fixing form with proper lifting techniques. This in return will help remove unhealthy body fat, improve mobility, increase your energy levels, & overall better your well-being vitality. An experienced coach is always there to ensure you are performing exercises safely & correctly.

Online Coaching

The 4-Month Body Transformation is the ultimate online coaching experience helping clients all across the country advance their fitness. We have available programs ranging from 8 weeks to 16 weeks for all levels from the novice (beginner), intermediate, & the advanced. Programs are specific in design and focus on hypertrophy training, strength & powerlifting, general health, form rehabilitation, & many more! You also get full nutrition coaching with 100% customized macro meal plans with monthly alterations, built around your liking, budget, & lifestyle. Your assigned coach will track your progress and workouts weekly to help keep you accountable as well as having 24/7 communication and monthly zoom calls. At the end of the 4-months you will truly be a new individual, not just physically, but with a new mentality and understanding of being healthy & fit!
